Which plan is best suited for me?

There are a few critical parameters that need to be considered before you can zero down on your ideal server: the number of cores required for your processor, whether your server has an upgradable memory, the SSD/SATA storage capacity to meet your growing demands, the bandwidth required (high bandwidth or routing optimization to a location, etc), and the no. of IPs you require.

Easier yet, you can always choose to talk to our technical experts to figure out your ideal server plan.

Can I change my plan at anytime?

Our regular server plans are billed month on month. So, they can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle. Additionally, your hardware and bandwidth upgradation are available at anytime.

How can I reach out to the support team?

In case you require any technical assistance, our support team is available 24×7. We have three channels through which you can reach us: email, phone, and live chat. You can reach out to us through any of your preferred medium.

What are your Sales and Support Hours?

Our Sales hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 P.M. PST (GMT-8), Monday through Friday. (sales@egihosting.com)

Do you Speak Chinese?

Yes, we do have a few Engineers who are Native speakers and can read, write, and speak Mandarin Chinese.
We do encourage customers to use English if at all possible, so all of our staff can assist you quickly and efficiently.
