Windows Media Encoder 9 Series is a powerful production tool for converting your audio and video files for broadcast. SAM Broadcaster can is also be used to broadcast Windows Media streams.

The Windows Media Player is used to decode and watch or listen to the streams, but other players are also compatible with Windows Media content.

Pricing is monthly and based on the number of concurrent listeners you want to accommodate and the bitrate you choose. The higher the bitrate, the better the audio quality. Higher bitrates allow for streaming video.
