The EGI Advanced Remote Hands service provides state of the art hardware support. Our certified support engineers will be able to troubleshoot and solve any hardware related issue your server or network equipment might have.
If your dedicated server is rented directly from EGI, any bad hardware parts will be replaced at no additional cost to you. If the part can’t be replaced we will provide an alternative server to you.
If you are colocating a server(s) with EGI, our support engineers will be able to troubleshoot and replace bad hardware parts for your hardware without you having to come down to the data center and do it yourself.
