If you are colocating with EGI and need assistance in configuring your network devices, we are here to help. The EGI Advanced Remote Hands Service (ARH) is provided 24/7 and covers any assistance you might need in configuring or troubleshooting your network devices.
If you are seeing slow speeds or packet loss issues, our certified network administrators will be able to login to your device and check for any configuration errors and make any necessary changes.
