Q. What type of payment methods do you accept?

A. EGI accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, checks and Western Union (restrictions applies).

 

Q. How long does it take to setup a dedicated server?

A. Most servers are setup in 24 hours or less. Some servers which require a special setup or parts that are on backorder might take longer.

 

Q. What is the contract term for your dedicated server?

A. Unless otherwise stated, all servers are sold on a month to month contract with 30 days cancellation notice. Some custom servers might require a longer term contract.

 

Q. Do you offer 24/7 support?

A. Yes, all our data centers are staffed with real onsite staff 24/7 and are only a phone call or email away.

 

Q. How can I cancel my account?

A. To cancel your account, please email our billing department at billing@egihosting.com and they will process your cancellation request.

 

Q. Do you offer free OS re-installs?

A. Each server ordered is entitled to one free OS re-installs. Additional re-installs can be performed for a onetime fee of $35.

 

Q. How can i upgrade my server?

A. To upgrade your server at any time please email sales@eghosting.com and our sales department team will get back to you with your options.

 

Q. Do you offer any SLA?

A. Yes, all servers sold by EGI are covered by our general SLA terms.

 

Q. How can I become an EGI reseller?

A. There are various reseller account levels available. Please contact sales@egihosting.com and we will find the most suitable solution for you.

 

Q. Can you help me configure my software even if I don’t have a Fully Managed Dedicated Server service?

A. Yes, we can help you configure your software or troubleshoot any issue under our Advanced Remote Hands service.
